| Detroit’s First Couple Named Honorary Chairs for COTS Event
|
| Detroit, MI-February 10, 2010 – Mayor Dave Bing and Mrs. Yvette
Bing have been named Honorary Chairs for COTS upcoming event, “A
Stroll Through Time”, to be held on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at Stage
3 Studios in Warren. This is COTS new signature fundraiser, which
will serve to showcase the past, present and future of COTS.
Tickets are $125.00.
“We are thrilled and honored to have received a formal acceptance
from Detroit’s ‘First Couple’, noted COTS Chief Development
Officer, Lynn Wilhelm. “The fact that Mr. and Mrs. Bing are now on
board will provide our event with added momentum and interest as we
continue to seek ways to fund COTS mission in a tough economy.”
Taking advantage of the resources of Stage 3, “A Stroll Through
Time”, will take visitors through three separate areas or “stages”
finally concentrating on COTS vision for tomorrow. Fox TV2’s Ryan
Ermanni will emcee the evening of dining, dancing, silent auction
and a video experience which will “cast” guests in the production.
