Paper Tickets for events are not issued when ordering on-line. Your name will be recorded for admission at the door. Please print out your order confirmation screen, if possible, and bring it along with you just in case, but it is not required. We will ask for identification. Tickets may be canceled for a refund up to the day of the event, but not once the even begins. Hardgoods, clothing and other items will be shipped as soon as possible and your credit card will not be charged until the item is shippable.
